I used to be an English High School teacher and pivoted into the dynamic world of operations. Throughout my career, I have distributed 3B inventory in CPG & E-commerce into the likes of Costco & Kroger and had clients across multiple industries including immigration law, DEI, music, sexual wellness, and the health sector. My business is the most authentic way I get to honor my operational skill set and purpose. Optimizing a workflow gives me an internal happy dance. My passion for operations stems from a profound feeling of insufficiency and my own learning disability.  My learning disability is my superpower because the checks and balances I created to cope with my challenges (before I understood what they were) were the seeds that bloomed and turned me into an operational powerhouse.

When I hear a business owner say they are struggling with their process and describe the shame they feel at not being better at execution, every fiber of me wants to reach out across the table/screen and hug you! With the right support, operations can be empowering and joyful. I provide fractional operational services, because I want to remove the barriers for business owners who believe operations is a Iuxury to postpone until they are in business longer or generating more revenue.
